Тема: Керамзит в Москве где выгоднее взять?

Мужики, буду скоро делать стяжку пола в СТО, нужен керамзит фракции 10-20 несколько кубов. В строймагазинах мешками дорого выходит, а навалом не продают. Где в Москве можно заказать нормальный объем с доставкой и без наценок посредников?

Лучше напрямую у поставщиков заказывать насыпью, так дешевле получается. Главное чтобы фракция была ровная без мусора, бывает всякое подсовывают. Доставку обычно делают самосвалами.

При больших объемах точно выгоднее у оптовиков брать. Керамзит 10-20 это универсальная фракция, подходит и для стяжки и для утепления. Смотри, чтобы материал был сухой, влажный потом долго сохнет. Обычно поставщики работают с доставкой по городу и области, можно заказать нужное количество кубов. Если собираешься делать стяжку пола в СТО, сразу закладывай запас прочности, потому что нагрузки от автомобилей, домкратов и особенно подъёмников очень серьёзные. Керамзит фракции 10–20 мм подойдёт для выравнивающего и облегчённого слоя, но он не должен быть единственной несущей частью пола. Важно брать керамзит нормальной прочности и не самый «пустой» по плотности, иначе со временем появится просадка.
